About the Seminary
St. John the Beloved is the seminary of the American National Catholic Church. The seminary is dedicated to forming men and women for service in the contemporary church. The seminary embraces a broad theology, principles of inclusion, intellectual curiosity and academic freedom while fostering a deeper understanding of the Independent Catholic Tradition.
The seminary is a non-residential institutions that utilizes modern distance learning education resources to provide a superior learning experience. Recognizing that we are preparing men and women for ministry within the contemporary church, our educational format is designed to accommodate our seminarians while maintaining a reputation of a quality academic program.
