Applications to St. John the Beloved Seminary may be downloaded from this site and sent to the address below. Please note that an application will not be considered for review until all required portions have been submitted. This includes:
- The completed application form from the Forms and Documents page of this site
- Credit Assessment Form (only if requesting a transfer of credits or class waiver)
- Necessary transcripts (only if applying for a Master's Degree)
- 2 Letters of recommendation to support your application for admission
- Personal statement (as explained on the application)
- Application fee ($50 non-refundable check or money order made payable to St. John the Beloved Seminary)
