Personal Library of Students

All students are required to maintain their own personal reference library. The library should consist of at the very least: 

  • An appropriate Catholic Study Bible
  • The Catechism of the Catholic Church (2nd Edition)
  • Catholicism (McBrien)
  • The Encyclopedia of Catholicism (McBrien)
  • The Collegeville Bible Commentary
  • Book of Prayer (e.g., Liturgy of Hours, 1 volume)
  • History of the Catholic Church (e.g., Dwyer, Vidmar, Pelican series)
  • Documents of Vatican II (e.g., Foley)
  • Rites of the Catholic Church volumes 1 and 2
  • Dictionary of the Liturgy (Lang)
